Consultation


We offer an initial complimentary, no obligation consultation to discuss ideas and requirements and to gather information to put together a price indication AND PROPOSAL for your reference. Or, if you are not currently in Queenstown, feel free to send us an email with any questions you may have for a detailed response.

From this you can decide if you wish to proceed with our services, and confirm to secure your booking for the date with a small $100 deposit which is deductible from your final account. From this point we offer complimentary email correspondence to finalise your  requirements.

We can arrange further consultations, site visits or mock up florals for an additional fee.


NOTE - Due to our busy schedule of weddings and events over weekends consultations can only be made during weekdays.


Pre Wedding


4 - 6 weeks prior you will receive a final confirmation summary of your requirements to check off and confirm all is in order.

The week prior to your wedding an optional complimentary 1/2 hour meeting can be arranged to run through final details such as delivery addresses and times etc...














Styling and decor


AS a specialist wedding florist, we can also assist you with supplying  additional decor  accessories and styling elements to create the overall look and feel you envisage for your special day.



Wedding Day


  1.   We can deliver your bridal party flowers to your ACCommodation  at a time that suits - one address complimentary, additional addresses within Queenstown area incur a  delivery fee.


  1.   We provide a delivery and set up service for your ceremony and reception decor within the Queenstown area - this service is chargeable on an hourly rate

  2.   We also assist with Wanaka and Cromwell weddings during the months of may till November - set up and mileage rates apply.


Alternatively, all items can be collected from our studio and returned for no additional charges.



Post Wedding

We can return to your venues to collect hired items - one off collection fee applies.


Hire Policy

When hiring or using any Flower Room returnable items at your wedding, our standard hire policy applies - any items not returned, missing or damaged items will be charged for at replacement cost.
